1. Service Description

ScanMySite.eu provides website security auditing services. Scans are performed only on domains you own or have written authorization to test.

2. Acceptable Use

You must have authorization to scan any target. Unauthorized scanning of third-party websites is prohibited and may result in account termination.

3. Payment

All prices are in EUR excluding VAT. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

4. Liability

Scan results are provided as-is. We do not guarantee the absence of vulnerabilities not detected by our tools.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by EU law.
